Zoniing brings it all to your phone so you don’t have to look further. The name comes from the word Zoning and the second “i” was added because you need two eyes to zone :)
We started Zoniing because we believe that unless someone tells you about the great bargain 2 or 10 blocks away from where you are right now, you will likely not find it on your own. Zoniing is not a directory of businesses like the Yellow Pages or Google and many other applications, we are not about telling you where is the closest Store or Bar based on where you are, but rather which closest Store or Bar has a great deal to offer you at this exact time, maybe a 30% off entire store or a happy hour deal (2 for 1 drinks). We are about saving you money by telling you where the deals are happening.

Zoniing was founded by David Hobeich in 2008 after the huge success of the iPhone followed by BlackBerry, then the G1 Android coupled with all the up-and-coming smart phone devices expected to dominate the market within the next few years David saw that a short, clean and digital content of information is the most powerful way to communicate and get the word out in one shot. This along with knowing that people want more out of their mobile phone than just talking and texting Zoniing was born. David is the founder of Mobiworx, a Mobile Marketing Advisory firm, and founder of EzTexting, the leader in Group Text Messaging Service.
